B'nai Mitzvah Services are held during the school year on Saturday mornings at 10:30 a.m. in the sanctuary. In addition, there is an informal minyan in the chapel at 10:00. Congregants lead the service, read Torah, and enter into discussions about the weekly Torah portion. All members and friends of CMI are invited to join in either our traditional Shabbat services in the sanctuary or the Shabbat minyan services in the chapel. Our goal is to enhance and enrich everyone's Shabbat experience.
During the summer, congregants lead our Friday night services, which begin at 8:00 p.m. The clergy resume the pulpit in September.
In addition to Shabbat, services are held throughout the year to celebrate the Jewish holidays.
Yizkor services are scheduled for the last day of each of the festivals.
